Write for us

The best writing about coaching comes from people doing it. We are opening the blogs to practitioners, supervisors, federation staff and the people who buy coaching — one argument at a time, properly edited and properly paid.

What we publish

An argument you have earned
Something you believe about the work that most of the field does not, and the practice behind it.
A method, in detail
How you actually run intake, contract, supervise or close. Specific enough to be copied.
A number nobody publishes
Your rates, your renewal rate, your no-show rate, what a year of practice cost you.
A dispatch from a market
What coaching looks like where you are — the regulation, the money, the norms.

What we turn down

Listicles
Seven habits of anything.
Thought leadership with no thought
If the piece would survive having your name swapped out, it is marketing.
Client stories without consent
Written consent, or the piece does not run.
AI-written drafts
We can tell, and so can the reader.

How it works

  1. 01

    Pitch, don't submit

Two paragraphs: the claim, and why you are the person making it. We reply either way.

  2. 02

    Edit, properly

You will get a real edit. Expect questions about evidence, and expect to answer them.

  3. 03

Publish with your name on it

Signed byline, your bio, links to your practice. We do not take your audience.

  4. 04

    Get paid

Flat commissioning fee per accepted piece, agreed before you write. No unpaid contributions.

Pitches open at launch

The contributor pipeline — accounts, drafts, editing and scheduling — is being built. Until it is live there is nowhere to send a pitch, and we would rather say so than collect emails into a folder nobody reads.
